Territory Coffee Sales and Account ManagerRH Coffee and Equipment Central Otago LtdAccount & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeSalary + Bonus Based on Experience of CandidateWe are looking for a creative, dynamic person to join our team within Coffee and Equipment's specialist company, as our Territory Sales and Account Manager for Central Otago, Queenstown, Central South Island areas.The role involves customer relationship management, sales and promotion of our coffee brands and products, equipment servicing and barista training, a hands-on role where no day is the same.You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within your Territory, identifying customer needs and presenting solutions to help grow their businesses.
Customer relationship management is key, as you will be responsible for growing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and identifying new ones based on changing business opportunities.This role involves out-of-town day travel and some overnight stays.
A company vehicle, travel budget, laptop, and phone will be provided.There is potential for the right person to be promoted to a more senior sales position.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing a portfolio of accounts.Develop strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementations.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing world-class customer service.Understand customer business objectives and needs to recommend solutions that drive value.Stay up to date on new product features, industry trends, and competitive advantages.Manage contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.Develop marketing plans for new products to increase sales of existing products in the territory.Establish rapport with customers and educate them about our products and services.Provide ongoing Barista training sessions for employees and staff, from beginner to advanced.Communicate with clients regularly to build trust and maintain relationships.Applicants should ideally have proven hospitality experience, barista skills, and a passion for coffee.
However, experienced successful sales reps with a love for coffee and hospitality are also encouraged to apply.We are a small passionate team that values professionalism, exceeding customer expectations, and enjoying work.
