We are looking for a driven and dynamic Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in the Lower North Island.
Role Overview: As the Territory Business Development Manager, you will be the front-facing representative of our recruitment business in the Lower North Island.
Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Lower North Island region, targeting companies across various industries.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placements.
Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and opportunities.
Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Lower North Island as needed.
