We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the role of Terminal Services Coordinator to join our Container Terminal Gate, Rail and Depot team for a fixed period.
We are looking for someone with availability from mid February till the end of May.A passion for excellent customer service in a dynamic industry is required to be successful in this role.
Experience in the transport or shipping industry would also be preferred.Key priorities for the role include:Container dispatch to truck for ImportContainer receipt by truck for exportCoordinating Container Co. (NZL/UCL) movements in conjunction with LogisticsTesting Gate functions for N4 upgradesKnowledge of Gate Systems (Propel Import/Export/VBS/Mobile) for Customer ServiceOperational delivery and improving customer valueHealth and safety – Zero Harm workplace through a Just Safety CultureAbout you:Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with external and internal stakeholdersA team player that can work collaborativelyFlexible and the ability to prioritise workloadExperience in the transport or shipping industry would be an advantageProficient in using Microsoft office and the ability to learn other systemsMust have current eligibility to work in NZ.If you think this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
