The team at Harcourts Blackham & Co Ltd are currently seeking a Part Time Tenancy Manager to join their busy Oamaru office working 15-20 hours per week.

We are seeking a proactive individual to assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections
Preparing and sending reports to property owners
Managing maintenance requests to ensure prompt resolution
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both tenants and property owners. A background in Property Management would be beneficial.
In order to be considered for this role you must also have the following:
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Strong communication skills
Immaculate personal presentation
Local area knowledge
Knowledge of property management software would be advantageous
