Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is a national provider of mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, wellbeing and housing services. In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whanau be the best they can be.You will maintain tenancies within our Motel Space and work in collaboration with our housing navigation teams to achieve the goal of long-term, sustainable housing for whanau.You will carry out property inspections, monitor tenant financial payments, organize maintenance and repair work when required and make sure the rooms/units are up to standard. You will build strong relationships with accommodation providers, our tenants and other team members and peers to achieve the desired results, all while upholding and promoting our company's health & safety, and well-being policies.This is a fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours a week) until June 2025.Minimum Requirements:It is essential that applicants have previous tenancy management experience within New Zealand and basic knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
