Tenei turanga - About the Role: Discover a career with purpose at MBIE. Tenancy Bond Services are going through a significant transformation of our services and how we interact with our customers. The Tenancy Bond Services team looks after the Government's largest trust fund. We provide assurance to tenants and landlords that their residential bonds are safe and secure.
As a Tenancy Bond Officer, you will maintain the statutory integrity of the bond system and play a significant role in the transformation. The role requires individuals who have excellent attention-to-detail, strong data entry skills, the ability to converse easily with customers and be proactive in finding solutions. We need the Tenancy Bond Officer to support and contribute to achieving the transformation goals while delivering BAU at a high standard to Landlords and Tenants across New Zealand.
