Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator on a temporary basis.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a wide range of coordination, communication and administrative services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting the manager and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Requirements Effective communication skills both written and verbal Efficient time management and coordination ability Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands Sound technical capability with proven experience across Microsoft Suite & Sharepoint Key Responsibilities Support management and wider teams with research, memos, presentations and agendas Develop and maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders Provide secretariat support to leaders within the organisation Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations including meetings requests and general calendar coordination Facilitate reporting processes through drafting, formatting and editing work-plan documents If this role interests you and you are available immediately, please apply now!
