• Support communications for outreach events (e.g.
NUS Open Houses).
• Man age communications with internal and external stakeholders as primary point-of-contact in relation to undergraduate education and alumni matters.
• Man age partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with CDE directions and mess ages .
• Build brand followership, awareness, and eng age ment for CDE events and programmes.
• Track community sentiment and make recommendations to optimise social media and outreach strategies.
• Provide timely reporting to senior man age ment.
• Support Head of Communications in strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development, website updates, and optimisation across social media channels and digital touchpoints.
• Support related communications projects as required (e.g.
Commencement).
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies / Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience in digital content production.
• Proficiency in various social media tools and platforms, with some experience in supporting online marketing / community eng age ment campaigns.
• Experience in animation / motion graphics, UI / UX web design, photography / videography and / or events man age ment would be advant age ous.
