Our Taupo based client is seeking a Temp Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the team and offer support while they go through the recruitment process to fill the role permanently.
 
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced, fulltime temp Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the Finance team in their head office based in Taupo. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and part of a high performing team. The role is primarily responsible for:
Invoice entry for accounts payable.Completing payments.Controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.Maintaining the capital WIP and Fixed Assets. Why this role is right for you!
