Your roleThis is a telephone sales role that requires high activity, dedication and focus. You'll be making a variety of sales calls including inbound and outbound. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you'll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.
What you'll be doingCorpay is looking for Telesales Representatives to join the NZ sales team and focus on generating sales of fuel cards specifically through inbound enquiries such as calls and digital leads. This is an office-based role, working in a call centre sales environment where you will be exposed to the competitive and coveted financial technology sector. This role requires strong communication and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls (50+ calls per day).
Key Responsibilities Meet minimum target number of proactive calls daily through outbound calling to potential customers – Leads will be providedConsistently follow up digital leadsMeet minimum target number of card sales monthlyProvide a consistently high level of Customer Service to all contactsData entry of customer related information into relevant systemsLoad form for each card application with 100% accuracy and full completion before sending to credit team for approvalComplete internal admin function – CRM – SAGE, CMS functions dailyEnsure the efficient, accurate and timely loading of all promotions, customers and general dataEffectively manage a pipelineRequirements Ideally you will have sales experience preferably in a high-volume call centre environment and naturally could pick up new systems and processes. Salesforce experience is ideal not but essential. Your strengths will not only be in effective communication, relationships building and making connections with clients, but you will have strong administration & multi-tasking skills. At least one year of telesales experience, preferably within a call centre environmentAbility to handle daily high call volumeStrong hunger for success and career growthTenacious, driven and adaptable to ever-changing business and market conditionsExtensive computer software skills (Word and Excel)Strong written and verbal communication (speaking, listening and reasoning)Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skillsPrevious experience using a CRM is an advantageWhat's in it for you?
