We are seeking a Telesales Coach with exceptional skills to guide our Business Sales Consultants to success. Your role will be pivotal in crafting success stories by providing exceptional training, mentorship, and strategic insights.Key Responsibilities: Implement Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance communication, objection handling, and sales techniques for our sales consultants. Evaluate and Elevate Continuously monitor call quality and sales performance, offering constructive feedback to elevate individuals and reach team KPI's. Cultivate a Motivating Environment Foster a positive and inspiring work culture that promotes continuous improvement and celebrates success. Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with sales management to refine sales strategies, ensuring they align with our business objectives and drive both team and individual success. Provide Exceptional Support: Offer ongoing coaching and support to help our sales consultants overcome challenges and meet their daily goals. About You:Proven Experience: Success in sales coaching or training, particularly in a telesales environment, is essential. Excellent Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch, capable of engaging and motivating diverse teams. Results-Driven: You are driven by achieving results and have consistently met or exceeded targets.
