Job Description
As a Telesales Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with a diverse clientele ranging from individual consumers to established businesses. You'll play a crucial role in growing our customer base, reactivating past clients, and maximizing the value we provide to existing accounts. This position offers a perfect blend of relationship-building and strategic selling, allowing you to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities
Drive sales through outbound calls, offering tailored telecom solutions to consumers and businesses
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Spearhead campaigns to win back former customers, showcasing our latest offerings and improvements
Manage and nurture relationships with business clients, becoming their trusted telecom advisor
Coordinate with field sales teams, setting up high-value appointments for in-person consultations
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, leveraging our CRM system to track and analyze sales activities
Requirements
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Proven track record in telesales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector
Ability to work full-time, adhering to New Zealand business hours
Proficiency with CRM systems and auto-dialers, with a knack for leveraging technology in sales
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in dynamic customer interactions
Passion for staying updated on telecom industry trends and product innovations
Resilience and a positive attitude, with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security in all customer interactions
