Keyduties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interactingwith the public and dealing with emergency situations.

)To succeed in this busy role, you will have a bright, friendly andoutgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customerservice focus.
You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability tomultitask and handle pressure.
We expect intermediate computerskills, ideally with PC based switchboard experience.
However, we will considerapplications from those without switchboard experience, where an aptitude forthis type of work can be demonstrated, as full training will be given.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand orhold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
