Key Responsibilities: Researching and identifying new leads within the target market.
Use of our extensive current prospect database.
Timely follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
Outbound calling building rapport and generating quality leads for our Sales Team.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records in our CRM system.
Follow-up calls to leads and opportunities.
Knocking the number of quality appointments made 'out of the ballpark'.
Maintaining a positive team culture.
Being part of a supportive team.
Requirements: A proven track record in quality lead generation, ideally with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Ability to build rapport and create positive working relationships.
An excellent level of oral and written communication.
A drive and passion for exceeding goals and celebrating success.
A love of a competitive and successful environment.
Able to adjust language to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
You will be resilient and humbly persuasive.
We are looking for candidates with advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
