Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing service and support across CyberCX and Phriendly Phishing practices, functions, and regions. Duties include installing, repairing, and maintaining employees' computer systems environment including hardware, system software and peripherals. Day to day you will (but not limited to): Build, install and repair hardware and/or software products to an advanced level Provide support to CyberCX and Phriendly Phishing employees, identifying their needs, and providing practical advice on how to manage a problem Manage Jira and ServiceNow tickets and schedule 1:1 support calls where required Set user profiles in Microsoft 365 and other business applications Send outage notifications to affected user groups for incident communications Develop and maintain the support FAQ or knowledge base Actively collaborate across CyberCX Practices and Phriendly Phishing Facilitate communication across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers Monitor the Airlock application (allowlisting and allow where appropriate) Ensure asset management database is up to date Ensure security is maintained across the environment Ensure environment is properly backed up 06th June, 2024 The work we do matters

Tertiary qualification (diploma or bachelor's degree) in electronics, computer science or related field Advanced level knowledge of the operation and maintenance of computer equipment supplemented by appropriate technical qualifications Ability to diagnose and repair specialised products Ability to plan and execute specific areas of hardware and software installation Excellent relationship building and communication skills, able to explain technical information and process to non-technical stakeholders Effective skills in providing clear and concise instructions, and consulting with stakeholders Solid experience with device management platforms as well as Microsoft 365 suite, service desk ticketing systems, software deployment systems and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS Understanding of agile process and the ITIL framework Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Industry Standards like ISO 27001 Desirable knowledge of PowerShell Scripting Great advantages for great people
