What will you do? We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our IT infrastructure, including cloud services, end user computing, and network systems.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems, enabling our organisation to achieve our strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.Plan and manage upgrades, deployments, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency and performance.Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Support, inspire, and motivate a strong, high-performing team in order to meet our goal of delivering the world's best retirement experience for all stakeholders.What's in it for you?
