About our role
Based in the heart of Takapuna, overlooking the beach, our modern offices are a great place to work. Our ideal candidate will lead and optimise IT operations, ensuring reliability, security, and effectiveness across all digital platforms, while managing vendor relationships and overseeing infrastructure and development. A prime focus will be to drive strategic technology initiatives with a focus on CRM/Dynamics experience, supporting robust cybersecurity and providing detailed reporting and stakeholder engagement.
This role will provide strong leadership to drive a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence within the team, setting clear goals and expectations. This role involves actively mentoring team members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, managing performance appraisals, and overseeing training and development. You will ensure team alignment with company policies and maintain an environment of integrity and creativity, while also collaborating closely with other business units across The ADR Centre to achieve shared objectives.
Core responsibilities include:
Develop & implement Information, data and security management.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM Dynamics.
Manage the design, implementation and roadmap for robust IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and telco systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including system upgrades.
Provide high-level technical support and guidance for hardware, software, and network issues, alongside your team.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external web solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and user requirements.
Project Management - manage new MS based platforms and deliver continuous improvement, upgrades, security and reporting.
Quality Assurance - ensure that all applications and web solutions meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products. Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide leadership and direction within your team by teaching and demonstrating 'best practice'.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting on IT performance to senior management and stakeholders.
About you
Bring a minimum of 4-5 years IT management experience, including 3+ years managing Microsoft SaaS solutions.
Strong technical understanding of IT in general and experience dealing with technical issues.
Demonstrate ability to successfully deliver IT projects, reporting and manage stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or advanced certificate in IT or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, demonstrate a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
Ability to be proactive and plan effectively and execute efficiently.
Fast and responsive with a sense of initiative.
