We're not just creating media; we're weaving the vibrant fabric of te ao Maori into everything we do.We're looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead a project delivery and continuity team, and work alongside our broadcasting, studio and content production services.
It's an exciting time as we revitalise our technology stack and the upcoming projects are critical to supporting our journey.What You'll Do:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.Lead technology changes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Run agile ceremonies, populate and prioritise the team's backlog, aligning it to technology plans.Ensure business continuity: organise maintenance, plan and coordinate response and recovery of technology services during disruptions.Lead continuous improvement to technology, workflows, and processes, reducing technical debt and ensuring solutions are cost-effective.Manage the team of engineers and analysts.
Oversee the team's processes and workload to ensure efficiency, continuity, and timely work completion.What You Bring:3+ years' leadership experience managing maintenance, implementation and roll-out of business-critical technology.Excellent technical acumen and expertise.Outstanding leadership, communication, and people skills.Practical experience with Agile and Scrum, and a passion for breaking large technical problems into manageable work streams.Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting is preferred and experience with broadcast, production technology is advantageous.A tertiary qualification in broadcast engineering, IT, or a related field.Because here you'll be part of a movement.
