You will be responsible for building a robust technical culture, leading both internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Balancing competing priorities such as scope, budget, and risk, you will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with the company's clear 5-year growth strategy, while ensuring compliance with data, privacy, and risk management standards. You will also have a strong knowledge of Cyber Security.What You Will BringWe are looking for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will need to be exceptional in project management, infrastructure management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in program and project delivery (PMP, Prince2). Your ability to innovate, manage cross-functional teams, and develop repeatable systems will be critical to your success. A background in the logistics or FMCG industry is beneficial, along with strong communication skills to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
