Role Overview: Koura Wealth (in partnership with HainesAttract) are looking for a Technology Coordinator/Manager to join our team in Auckland, where you will serve as a critical link between the business and technology teams. Your role is key in keeping our technology programme on track, ensuring that it is delivering what all of our stakeholders (clients, advisers and team members) need.

Key Responsibilities: Bridge Between Business and Technology: Translate business requirements into detailed workflows, aligning them with our technology. Develop and maintain our technology roadmap to meet business objectives and market needs.Technology Prioritisation: Chairing the technology business prioritisation committee to prioritise projects, ensuring there's a clear roadmap for development. Collaborating with the business to test, document, and ensure smooth deployment of all releases.Project Leadership: Lead technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements.Workflow Optimisation: Design and implement processes to optimise workflow allocation within the technology team.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing operations and future development.Key Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in IT project management or delivery roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of technology and its application in project delivery.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.Application Process: Koura Wealth has partnered with HainesAttract to manage the sourcing and selection of this position.
