This role is critical in driving the future state of our business applications, ensuring alignment with business needs, and leading the charge in enhancing user experience. As the leader of the Business Solutions team within our wider IT team, you will thrive on being responsible for: Leading a collaborative, user-focused team to ensure the effective delivery and optimisation of key business applications. Engaging with business stakeholders, ensuring their needs align with the applications and solutions you and your team deliver. Being hands-on, actively contributing to key projects. Managing software vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of technology services. Contributing to the broader technology strategy and helping to deliver it. Driving continuous improvement in business processes by leveraging new technologies and innovative solutions.
