Job Description:As a Technology Business Partner and ITIL Process Manager, you will be a key member of the Group Technology team, bridging the gap between technology and business strategy.

Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, understanding their strategies, needs, and priorities.Facilitate strategic conversations and develop multi-year technology roadmaps.Drive technology-enabled change initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption.Collaborate across the business to build strong, trusted relationships and deliver impactful solutions.Contribute to the successful delivery of technology and change initiatives across New Zealand and Australia.You will thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting people, driving innovation, and creating meaningful partnerships that help achieve business goals.
Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will bring:
ITIL certifications and experience managing ITIL processes effectively.Proven experience in service management, change management, or ICT project/portfolio management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, paired with proactive problem-solving abilities.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project (or equivalent planning tools).Experience producing detailed reports for diverse stakeholders.A commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in technology and change management.Self-management skills and a passion for driving user adoption of technology solutions.Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site business environment.
