About the opportunity The Technical Writer will initiate and produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the successful and safe manufacturing of our quality products. You will join a talented team who work collaboratively with developers, engineers, product managers, and usability experts. These inputs make our products easier to use within the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety team. In doing so, the Technical Writer will: • Create and maintain templates, standard operating procedures and other documents required in our systems. • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, processes and the documentation requirements. • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension, write and edit technical information accordingly. • Provide support with other tasks that relate to maintaining Environmental and Health and Safety compliance. Are you ready to take on this pivotal new role in an organisation that's growing at pace? About you To be successful in this role you will be a proficient technical writer with Intermediate computer skills, including MS Excel. Have excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. Be familiar with ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) and ISO 9001:2018 (Quality Management) standards.
