We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Training Specialist to bring their expertise in tire repair to our team, ensuring top-tier training and support for our customers.
Job Summary:We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist with in-depth knowledge of tire repair, especially in Off-The-Road (OTR) and Retread applications. The successful candidate will excel in conducting comprehensive training programs, developing up-to-date instructional materials, and providing hands-on demonstrations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions on tire repair techniques, covering Passenger and Light Truck Tire Repair, Commercial Tire Repair, OTR Tire Repair, and Retread Tire Repair.Develop, revise, and maintain training materials and resources to ensure relevance and compliance with industry developments.Facilitate hands-on demonstrations and provide technical support to trainees to ensure practical learning outcomes.Ensure all training content aligns with industry best practices, safety regulations, and REMA TIP TOP standards.Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and support to teams and clients.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in tire repair, with proficiency across multiple categories including Passenger, Light Truck, Commercial, OTR, and Retread tire repairs.Tire Industry Association Certification.Strong presentation, communication, and instructional skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.Familiarity with the REMA TIP TOP tire repair system and processes, preferred.Experience with EMTP machines and various curing processes is essential.Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (by vehicle and air) to conduct training sessions at various locations.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.How to Apply:Submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the Training Specialist role to: Human Resources Dept.
