Your mission? To elevate our apprenticeship program, champion industry standards, and foster a culture of excellence in health, safety, and customer service.But that's not all. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, including industry manufacturers, to stay ahead of the curve. With your expertise in the Heavy Transport sector and automotive trade qualifications, you'll bring fresh insights and practical solutions to the table.What do you need to succeed?Experience in leadership and team development, a passion for progressive learning, a qualification in learning and development, and the confidence to captivate audiences through presentations and facilitation.
