About the Role: As a key member of the Operational Excellence Team, you'll be responsible for producing new comprehensive technical training material, evaluating training needs, and providing training as required.
Working closely with the team and cross-collaborating across the business you will: Leverage your expertise in firewalls and networks to create training material Develop, implement and manage training programs Review the existing skills matrix and identify training gaps Showcase excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Coordinate training across partners and internal departments Post training effectiveness evaluation About You: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position Demonstrate deep technical acumen – networking and firewall expertise is a must!
Strong background making strategic decisions around scheduling across the business Experienced with providing technical training to non-technical staff Effective stakeholder and vendor management skills A real go-getter / get stuff done attitude To apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa.
