Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that staff and partners have the technical skills needed to succeed, focusing on ISP-related technologies and networking.
You'll design, implement, and assess training programs to enhance our team's expertise in network management, troubleshooting, and more.
You'll also work closely with various departments and external partners to create accessible and scalable training solutions.Your Technical Background:Proven experience in designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs, particularly in technical environments.Expertise in networking technologies, including network architecture, firewalls, routers, and switches.Strong understanding of ISP broadband technologies and satellite, 5G, and wireless solutions.Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing tailored training programs.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with partners.Strong leadership and project management skills to oversee training initiatives from start to finish.About You:You are a strategic thinker with a passion for developing others through effective training programs.
You have a solid technical background in networking and ISP-related services and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning.You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly organised, ensuring all training resources are current, relevant, and well-coordinated across multiple teams.
