Technical Systems Coordinator

Join ANZCO Foods Canterbury as a Technical Systems Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position which reports to the South Island Technical Compliance Manager. There are two main purposes of this role: the first is to support the ANZCO Group in maintaining and developing technical systems, with a particular focus on the coordination of Information Leader (iLeader); the second is to support ANZCO Foods Canterbury site in maintaining technical systems and providing technical assistance during system development and process failure investigations. Duties and Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Maintain and improve existing iLeader systems, modules, and reports as required by the business. Design, build, and implement new project-based improvements in iLeader. Update documented systems when or as required. Regularly review the written systems versus reality of the processes to ensure effectiveness and validity of written system support programs. Assist the site with validation protocols and validation activity. Provide feedback to sites in relation to compliance. Provide technical support and assistance during process failure investigations. Carry out any reasonable tasks as directed by the South Island Technical Compliance Manager. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Ideally a relevant tertiary level qualification. At least five years in a compliance role, preferably within the meat export industry. Ability to disseminate and interpret standards and regulations to ensure uptake into the company systems. Good understanding of technical attributes of meat products and processes. Advanced technical understanding of iLeader with Form Builder and Report Builder training and experience. Good understanding of Uniworks and Infor Cloudsuite. Intermediate skills in MS Office (particularly, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
