We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team at our branch at 42 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland. Working hours will be 40 hours per week with paid overtime as needed. Base hourly wage at $35-$40 per hour.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordinglyServes existing accounts by analysing work orders, conducting tests, and resolving problems.Provides service by studying system requirements, completing installation, performing acceptance tests.Maintains and develops customer relationships, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, and maintaining customer confidentiality.Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Informs Service Manager when the job is ready to be invoiced.Explores sales possibilities with customers utilizing his scope of specialty and by utilizing cross departmental specialists.Working with engineering, sales and/or other units to resolve issues/problems that may arise.Accurate completion of service documentation including having Service Reports signed by the customer or the customers authorised representative.Read and interpret hydraulic circuits/schematics.Strip, assess, report, rebuild and test hydraulic components.Trade certificate qualified in Mechanical Engineering discipline or similar fieldMinimum 3 years experience in hydraulic component and mechanical repair as a technician/fitterBasic knowledge in Microsoft Office applicationsAble to action and complete relevant reportingAble to identify and comply with relevant safety requirementsWe offer our employees:
