This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Technical Support Team in a rapidly growing company.About your role in Technical Support:As a member of our dynamic Technical Support team, you will spend your first 8-12 weeks mastering our cutting-edge applications through our comprehensive training program. Once trained, you will support our new and existing customers in a blend of project work and active technical support, where you will be required to work closely with our customers and other internal teams to implement new projects and action requests in an efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues, setting bespoke configurations for new customers and supporting existing customers with any changes. No two days are the same! You will utilise your problem-solving skills, attention to detail and your ability to multitask.
