You will provide accurate information regarding Daikin's range of air-conditioning units to assist Daikin customers in resolving any technical problems that may arise.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Providing technical support to end users, Dealers, and Internal staff.Developing a relationship with technicians to ensure requirements are met and enhancing client confidence that information supplied to them is accurate.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive training requirements and technical awareness in the market.Coordinating and orchestrating training workshops for internal staff and customers based on technical requirements and industry changes.Delivering on-site training workshops for customers within driving reach of the branch.Collating data based on call type and reporting findings regularly to the line manager with recommendations.Coordinating the return of parts to conduct component fault validation and reporting for both customer and industry improvement.Maintaining technical and industry knowledge by attending internal and external training programs.Possessing a total ownership and accountability mentality in pursuit of delivering the best customer service.Must have….Air conditioning or refrigeration trade experience and qualification essential.Ability to understand and communicate data from Technical Service Manuals.Demonstrated understanding of customer care and service.Computer literate - ability to understand and apply data input.Ability to prepare and deliver training on new products and technologies in person and through various tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages, often in collaboration with technical writers.Instructing students on care of HVAC tools/equipment, their purpose, and proper use.Instructing students on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic safety.Instructing students to perform major and minor HVAC repairs and installations.Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with the HVAC industry to ensure training is relevant.Ability to understand digital technologies and integration.Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite and CRM platforms or similar.About youAbility to work without close supervision and recognize when matters are to be referred to higher authority.Ability to plan work and establish appropriate priorities.Ability to produce clear, timely, and concise documentation.Well-developed oral and communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people.Well-developed planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.Ability to cope with conflicting work pressures.What you get in return,The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package - a competitive salary with performance bonus and generous superannuation.This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be working for a market leader within a highly competitive market and fast-paced industry.
