Reporting to the Logistics and Purchasing Team Leader and National Supply Chain Manager, the Technical Storeperson will provide local support for the procurement, processing and distribution of stock from clients, keeping it securely stored while managing the day-to-day administration.Ko to mahi – What you will doProvide local support for procurement and distribution of stock.Issue stock to Delivery Partners according to the projects they have been allocated and assist with associated record keeping.Collaborate with the logistics team by providing key information and support regarding supply, inventory delivery and order status.Provide general administration support as requested by the business.Keep the warehouse clean and tidy as required.Comply with Health and Safety rules and policies to ensure and maintain a safe work environment.Managing the removal and processing of recyclable material including but not limited to boxes and electronic wasteNa tou rourou - What you will bringPrevious experience in a similar warehouse role.Forklift licence preferred.Full drivers licence preferred.First Aid certification preferred.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.Strong interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with internal staff and external delivery partners.This is a sole charge role, so the ability to work independently is key.We are a passionate, diverse and inclusive team where to 'Empower By Creating Better Connections' is our stated purpose.
