ResponsibilityProvide high quality technical service to ensure effective and reliable operation of filling machines at customer site, reinstate the equipment into the production environmentProvide site service for customers as required including analyzing, troubleshooting and problem solvingReduce customers operational cost, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing high quality servicesEstablish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers concerns and problemsExecute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely manner.Understand the importance of product quality and ensure a safe working environmentOther tasks assigned by SupervisorQualifications (Education Knowledge Working Experience)Comprehensive knowledge of filling machines, with 5-8 years hands-on experienceA3 Speed is a must, familiar with A3Flex, A3CompactFlex, A1, TBA8, and TBA19Good understanding of Lamipak products' application on filling machinesProficiency in using mechanical tools and measurement instrumentsAbility to interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and diagramsGood English communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
