Technical Sales & Success Representative
Location: Tauriko, Bay of Plenty, New ZealandType: Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Sales & Success Representative to join our growing team.
This role combines technical expertise, customer success, and sales skills, offering an exciting opportunity to work with innovative agri-tech solutions.
This role has potential to grow into account management, and you will be instrumental in helping farmers achieve the best outcomes with our products while driving business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support:
Provide expert guidance on Bovonic products, resolving technical issues via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Help customers optimise their use of our technology, addressing challenges and queries effectively.
Collaborate with the product team to share insights and contribute to product development.
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and farm visits.
Represent Bovonic at trade shows and on-farm demonstrations.
Customer Success:
Onboard new customers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Regularly check in with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to enhance customer experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
An enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment.
Experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or a background in agriculture would be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
