Key Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with prospective distributors and industry clients, driving sales for Nistech's advanced electric and electronic diagnostic products, including EV/Hybrid battery reconditioning equipment, micro CNC machines, ADAS calibration systems, and a range of highly specialised automotive tools and solutions.
Leverage technical expertise to position these innovative products within the growing EV/hybrid market, ensuring seamless integration with clients' operations and aligning with the latest trends Represent Nistech in negotiations, sales activities, site visits, and industry events, effectively promoting the company's offerings.
Conduct thorough needs assessments of clients' operations to propose customised products, services, and training programmes that best meet their requirements.
Visit prospective clients to deliver professional demonstrations, propose tailored solutions, and present detailed costings.
Recommend suitable products and training programmes to fulfil clients' and distributors' technical requirements.
Provide quotations, manage pricing negotiations, and process contracts and invoices efficiently.
Coordinate product delivery and installation, overseeing clients' integration processes and assisting with technical issues as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert, delivering technical presentations and training sessions to clients and distributors.
Gather and assess client feedback, offering suggestions for product improvements and future development.
Stay updated on product applications, technical services, market conditions, and promotional trends, while monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights to management.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring consistent communication of opportunities to increase sales.
Conduct sales performance analysis, business forecasting, and identify potential for new industrial products and services, reporting findings to senior management.
Ensure accurate recording and management of business expenditure, adhering to company policies.

Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Science or Engineering disciplines.
Possess a well-rounded understanding of materials science, electrochemistry, and engineering principles related to EV/hybrid technologies.
You should be able to leverage this knowledge to conduct informed product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and explain the benefits and functionalities of our diagnostic and battery reconditioning equipment to prospective clients in the automotive industry.
Practical experience in operating EV battery pack recondition equipment and CAN PLC and RS485 communication and diagnosis devices.
This expertise is essential for effectively demonstrating how our equipment optimises the diagnostics and maintenance of EV/hybrid batteries, enhancing client operations and service capabilities.
Sales or marketing experiences with exceptional communication skills are preferrable.
The position requires ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively.
