What You Bring
The ideal candidate for the Technical Sales Representative position brings a proven track record in sales, preferably within a related industry. A degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field would be advantageous but not essential. Experience in B2B sales would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently managing their time effectively, strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is required. Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally globally is also necessary.
