Quasar is seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a passion for delivering sales growth to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports Quasar's business goals. Lead and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. Travel as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows. This opportunity would suit a technically minded Sales Leader with exposure to energy, electrical, automation or similar industry. Selection Criteria: Relevant sales experience in a technical sales environment. Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth and client relationship management. Strong understanding of the energy industry, particularly the utility market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
