Technical Sales Engineer

Our client is on the hunt for a Sales Engineer with experience in the Instrumentation space. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, has a knack for building relationships, and is passionate about technology, this could be the role for you.We are looking for someone to start in March 2025 for this position.Key Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use our client's full range of products and services.Deliver the right products, on time, as part of our customer-first philosophy.Work closely with the Sales Manager to set achievable goals and sales targets while planning and executing the sales process through detailed call plans.Prospect new business and reach out to potential customers to expand the market presence of our client.Train both customers and colleagues, sharing your knowledge to help everyone succeed.Stay current on industry trends to offer the best solutions to customers.Use our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities, ensuring everything is documented and transparent for smooth and efficient operations.Requirements:Previous experience in a Sales Engineer role (or a similar technical sales position) within the Instrumentation space.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms to customers.A problem-solving mindset that focuses on meeting customer needs.Comfort with using CRM tools to track sales activity.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
