Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and customer service?
Data Comms Direct, a leading distributor of networking, IT, and power distribution equipment, is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Professional to join our expanding team. We're a growing company with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service: Efficiently process orders, quotations, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Build strong relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with customers and suppliers and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Sales: Generate new customer accounts and reactivate dormant accounts to maximize revenue generation. Earn generous commissions on your success!

What You'll Bring:

Excellent communication skills: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Strong computer skills: Proficiently use computers and relevant software applications, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A knack for building rapport: Easily build relationships with clients at all levels, fostering trust and long-term business.
Negotiating: Confidently and successfully negotiate with customers and suppliers.
Prior experience: Experience in B2B sales and/or knowledge of IT, networking, or electrical is not necessary but would be highly advantageous.

We're a small team, so expect to wear a few different hats every now and then, from sales & customer service to occasional deliveries and warehouse tasks.
