Are you a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales and Customer Success Manager? Can you deliver an exceptional customer experience? Do you have a strong technical and solution aptitude? We manufacture Rugged Industrial Touch Computers for our New Zealand, Australia, and worldwide customers. We manufacture to order with short lead-times enabling our customers' requirements to be met.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales and Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their requirements are met with the most suitable products and services. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales and Customer Interaction: Efficiently manage incoming customer sales inquiries. Provide expert technical advice and solutions to meet customer needs primarily via phone and digital channels. Accurately and quickly generate customer quotes. Address customer queries and follow up on quotes. Confirm customer orders and shipping details, ensuring order accuracy. Interface with customers, assembly, and service teams to ensure seamless order processing. Keep customers informed about order status, ETD, and any delays. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within the company's systems. Support assembly, service, and dispatch teams with necessary information. Maintain regular phone contact with our customers. Explore new contacts and company locations for potential sales opportunities. Record and manage interaction details in the CRM system. You should be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in technical sales and customer success roles. Strong technical and solution aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in computer skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be working with New Zealand, Australia, and other international customers. Prioritizing exceptional customer experience is important, so this is not a 9 to 5 role.
