This role will focus on providing expert technical solutions, enhancing Dimond's brand reputation, and ensuring our products and systems deliver value and innovation to customers. Collaborating closely with the specification, sales, and marketing teams, the Technical Manager will be pivotal in making Dimond the first choice for roofing and structural systems. Key Responsibilities will include:Technical Leadership: Enhance Dimond's technical knowledge, secure project specifications, develop accurate, bespoke designs, and offer innovative solutions.Customer Engagement & Support: Build relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and specifiers; conduct regional visits; and deliver technical training and support.Product & Industry Expertise: Oversee and update technical literature, drive growth in emerging product areas, and stay informed on industry trends and market activities, using insights to inform strategy.Technical Resource Management: Ensure Dimond's technical data and materials are updated and accessible, manage a secure system for information, and lead training sessions for staff and partners.Skills & QualificationsThis is a varied role where you will need to utilise your technical skills and expert communication skills to work with a range of internal and external customers.
