The new solution will be implemented in collaboration with a range of vendor partners.As the programme enters the build and implementation phase, the need for effective stakeholder engagement and seamless integration with multiple vendors becomes crucial.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join the project delivery team and ensure the successful implementation of the Profile system, the replacement for Medtech32.As the Technical Lead you will provide leadership across all aspects of the solution, overseeing the integration and implementation of Profile while managing the transition from MedTech32, including data migrations.
You will collaborate with vendors, digital teams, and subject matter experts to ensure technical solutions align with project outcomes, strategic objectives, and technical standards.
Additionally, you will lead the development, implementation, and documentation of technical designs and integrations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and guiding these through architecture governance and technology change processes.To be successful in this position you will be a values and growth-driven individual with:Expertise in architectural design, systems integration, and secure solutions.Proven leadership in technical projects, with a focus on applications, cloud infrastructure, data, and integration.Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex, multi-vendor environments and bring people along the technical delivery journey.Experience in designing and implementing secure solutions that align with internal and external standards, along with expertise in data management and data governance.Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), integration patterns, and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.Experience with cloud technologies – PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS - experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical documents into clear, understandable language.The mid-point of the salary range is $147,765 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $125,601 - $177,318 per annum.
