Description Join our L&D team supporting our Brian Perry Civil and Major Projects business units in this newly created Technical Learning & Development Business Partner role.
This is a full-time role, based in Penrose.
About the role Partner with business to identify, analyse and evaluate effective and efficient Technical L&D solutions that improve the business performance, compliance, employee capability, and talent management.
You will support the design and review of new and current technical programmes and get involved in training needs analyses, identifying skills and training required to develop competence to delivers effective and efficient on-going end-to-end programmes.
About you You'll have solid experience in Learning and Development, with a significant portion in technical competency and skills development and/or industry training.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills, bringing curiosity and genuine interest in our people and industry.
