The Role:
Full time, temporary contract (6 months + extension)40 hours a week, set shifts.

First point of contact providing customer service over the phone.Troubleshooting technical issues with the customerLogging incidents and managing support processes with the customer.Sound like you?
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centre!
In addition to this, you MUST have:
