This role offers unique exposure across Edison, giving you opportunities to influence not just projects but how we work as a team and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of substation layouts, equipment specifications, and configurations for high voltage projects.Oversee critical designs for switching stations, transformer bays, and network upgrades.Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and supporting career development.Influence Edison's design strategy, driving process improvements and technical innovation.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.About YouYou're an industry leader passionate about delivering exceptional results and influencing team growth.
