About the Role:As a Technical Director, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Mooven's customers, leveraging your expertise in traffic engineering and horizontal construction to deliver exceptional outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand customer's unique challenges, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the effective adoption of Mooven's technology.You will also work closely with our sales team to identify potential customers, provide support during the sales process to identify customer needs and match these to Mooven's capability. This hands-on role combines technical knowledge with a passion for solving real-world infrastructure problems.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp identify and onboard new customers, driving faster time to value through tailored training, workflow optimization, and seamless integration of Mooven's platform into their existing operations.Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, challenges, and workflows.Demonstrate the value of Mooven's platform, showcasing its capabilities in real-world scenarios.Provide expert guidance on integrating Mooven into existing traffic management and construction workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and tangible results.Provide support to Mooven's sales and go-to-market teams, providing technical expertise and guidance through the sales process.Act as the technical bridge between customers and Mooven's product team, delivering feedback to shape future development.Monitor client success metrics, offering strategic advice to maximise impact and ROI.Participate in industry events and forums to stay informed about trends and challenges in traffic engineering and infrastructure delivery.About You: Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseTechnical ExpertiseBachelor's degree (or higher) in Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Consulting experience in Infrastructure Delivery/Traffic Management.Experience in traffic management and horizontal construction projects, with a strong understanding of industry workflows and challenges.Knowledge of traffic data analysis, simulation tools, and project management processes.Communication SkillsExceptional ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders in a consultative capacity.Experience engaging with and influencing senior business stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to adjust your communication style to the required setting.Confident in raising constructive challenges to support our customers in achieving the strongest ROI, while maintaining empathy to hear their current situation and reasons.Problem SolvingA proactive mindset with the ability to diagnose challenges and offer innovative solutions.Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, capable of balancing multiple priorities.Additional Experience (Preferred)Familiarity with digital transformation and technology adoption in the construction industry.Knowledge of construction software tools and digital platforms.Understanding of government and regulatory frameworks affecting horizontal construction and infrastructure.What Success Looks LikeIncreased Customer Retention and SatisfactionIncreased adoption of Mooven across customersIncreased customer acquisition.Faster implementation and onboarding of new customersIncreased customer confidence and proficiency in using Mooven's platform.Tangible improvements in customer project outcomes related to the use of MoovenEnhanced feedback loops to inform product development and align Mooven with market needs.Strengthened industry presence and recognition for Mooven as a leader in traffic and construction tech.About MoovenMooven is a construction technology platform, providing operational teams with the context required to accelerate delivery, work smarter and reduce complaints.
