About the Role Work as part of a team to increase sales of technical and digital products. Through working closely with customers, identify needs, educate them and influence their buying decisions. Provide support with installation and beyond - being the true subject matter expert. Combining your in-depth dental technical knowledge with your engaging personality and relationship building skills, you will thrive in this respected organisation. Duties Include: Service national customers via customer calls, product demonstrations, product deliveries and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Install equipment and software and train customers on new products or upgrades. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a mutually profitable business partnership. Strive for continuous learning and professional development of products and technologies. Participate in company promotional activities, conferences, lectures and exhibitions. Some national and international travel for conferences required. Provide monthly feedback and sales forecasting reports including market information. Work to established call schedules with clients graded according to potential. Multitask various client and company requirements in a continuously changing business environment. Skills & Experience A strong understanding of the dental industry, the technologies, terminologies and products are essential. A solid understanding of the New Zealand Market would be an advantage. Proven sales experience and customer service skills would be an advantage. Good organisational skills adept at all facets of managing a territory. Resilience and a commitment to take on knowledge and grow professionally. Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to build rapport, take initiative and use your superior listening skills to your advantage.
