Your New Role
Bringing your electrical engineering background to this critical role, you will ensure key design and construct (D&C) technical issues and actions for a signature greenfield infrastructure project are accurately recorded, tracked and addressed in a timely manner. In coordinating the review of the design package, you will play a crucial role in the overarching organisation of stakeholder requirements and actions to ensure the successful progression of this critical project. Some of the additional key aspects of your role include:

Attending technical issue meetings, taking minutes and capturing actionable itemsSetting up joint Subject Matter Expert meetings with external stakeholdersMaintaining and managing an exhaustive register of issues and actionsFollowing up on assigned actions with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutionDocumenting agreed-upon scope, allocation, and timeframe decisions
You will be based in Sydney, with a hybrid work model available, splitting your time between their office in the CBD and working from home.

About You
This is a great role for an electrical engineer in the earlier stages of their career (around 2 – 4 years' experience), looking for experience on a major greenfield infrastructure project. A critical determinant of your success in this role will be your attitude – a proactive approach to work, effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability, as well as being highly organised and detail-oriented.
