Technical Business AnalystAbout the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team, playing a pivotal role in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance network performance and align with business objectives, while ensuring effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and define business requirements for ITSM implementation and network solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.Support the design and improvement of IT networks and infrastructure.Provide strategic insights to enhance business processes through technology.Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in ITSM and network technologies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.In-depth understanding of IT networks and systems.Ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results within deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.
