Green Light Worldwide has brought an excellent opportunity for a Technical Analyst for a long termcontract role. To be successful in this role, you are required the following:
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and document business processes and workflows. Analyze and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Work closely with technical teams, including software developers, system architects, and quality assurance engineers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, constraints, and dependencies. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and identify potential risks and challenges. Develop and maintain business process models, data models, and system diagrams to support solution design and implementation. Define acceptance criteria and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders during system implementation, including training, user documentation, and change management activities. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and risks. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis and technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or SQL allows Technical Analysts to understand and manipulate data, automate tasks, and work closely with developers to implement technical solutions. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall enables Technical Analysts to collaborate effectively with development teams, prioritize requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
